The free workspace never expires
Mail, Chat, Meet, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Notes — plus Vault, Forms, Wiki, Bookmarks and Community — are free for every account. No card, no trial clock. The free tier is bounded by size (a user cap and a pooled storage quota), not by time.
Suites and apps are priced per organisation, then per user
Every paid app, every suite and the all-suites bundle carries two numbers: a monthly organisation price that covers your first three users, and a per-user price for every user beyond that. A five-person firm on the Finance suite pays the suite's organisation price plus two extra users. That is how accounting software has always been sold in India, and it keeps a small team's bill small.
You can take a whole suite, or just the apps you use. A suite is always cheaper than buying all of its apps one by one, and the bundle is always cheaper than the three suites.
Every app has its own 15-day trial
Open any app for the first time and its 15-day free trial starts — that app's own clock, not a suite-wide one. Autopay is authorised first (a ₹1 verification that is refunded), so the app simply carries on when the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. Switch autopay off at any time; an app still on its trial then stops on its day.
Billing is monthly, by the day
Your invoice is raised on the 1st of every month and charged by autopay. The first month is prorated by the day from when you started — an app started on the 13th is billed for the rest of that month, then full months after that. Prefer to pay yearly? Twelve months minus 20%, paid up front, counted from the day your trial began.
