2. Tell us your industry
Pick from restaurants, retail, salons, clinics, manufacturing, services, CA firms, education, real estate, construction or trading. The workspace is set up for it: the right apps on the launcher, sales pipeline stages that match how you sell, expense categories, an invoice prefix. Structure only — no sample data; you start clean.
3. Invite the team
Team & Roles in your account: invite by email, decide who is an admin and which apps each person can open. The free workspace is everyone's; paid apps are granted app by app.
4. Open the apps you need
Every business app has its own 15-day trial from the moment you open it. Try Books, try the CRM, keep what earns its place. The apps you keep are billed from the day you started them.
5. Bring your data
Import contacts, products and opening balances from Excel. Books exports to Tally for your CA. Mail on your own domain takes a DNS change we walk you through.
What to have ready
GSTIN and the legal name of the business, the team's email addresses, a logo, and last year's closing balances if you are moving the books.
